Lockheed Martin Subcontract Administrator in Orlando, Florida
Description: Become part of the RMS F-35 Sustainment subcontract management team as a Subcontract Administrator Stf. This position will support procurement of complex F-35 Support Equipment (Category Level 3) to support the delivery of F-35 jets to their respective bases. This position will support development, production and services subcontracts.
Daily responsibilities include preparing bid packages, evaluating subcontractor proposals, negotiating subcontracts, issuing properly authorized awards/subcontracts and participating in contract negotiations. The SCA will manage specific SE Suppliers from PO Award to Delivery. Additionally, the SCA will support RMS F-35 Prime Proposal Activities.
Some CONUS and OCONUS travel is required to support management of the supply chain.
Experience preparing bid packages, conducting bidders conferences, analyzing and evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting subcontractors, developing/releasing Purchase Orders, and administering resulting subcontracts.

SAP / P2P Experience
SCA experience with TINA level POs and negotiations (FAR 12 and FAR 15)
