Description: -The Software Configuration Manager Staff is responsible for execution of Configuration Data Management (CDM) activities for assigned programs.
-Additionally, this role will be responsible for execution of duties necessary to analyze proposed changes of product design and determine effect on overall product and system.
--Required to work proactively and drive new processes for CCB, SW CM, Supplier Management and Status Accounting in a growing CDM team.

Desired Skills: -Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
-Professional CDM experience supporting the Department of Defense.
-Knowledge of and experience in the Logistics and Sustainment Engineering efforts of multiple Tactical Missiles programs.
-Experience with Product Data Management tools.
-Proposal development experience; Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
-Systems Engineering requirements development and management experience.
-Risk identification and management experience.
-Candidates MUST possess an Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance with a closed investigation (or re-investigation) within the past 6 years.
-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
-Must have professional experience managing technical projects.
-Experience implementing and conducting a Configuration Management programs for multiple programs / customers.
-Familiarity with markings, formatting and handling of documentation.
Experience and understanding of the principles and requirements for CDM including one or multiple of the following:
-(Configuration Control, Configuration Status Accounting (CSA)
-Software Configuration Management (SCM)
