Job Description

As a Patient Care Specialist, you will schedule patient’s deliveries and address all patient needs in one phone call resolution. Also you will assist patients on Specialty prescription medications understand their benefits and financial responsibilities through superior customer service, while guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements. Furthermore, you will handle all Customer Service interactions which includes arranging funding programs and educating patients on financial assistance programs while ensuring our patients' satisfaction. Some other critical components of this role include delivering the highest quality of care, serve as the subject matter guide as needed and ensure individualized goals are met and process patient requests and prescription orders in an accurate and efficient manner. Also you will display professional behavior, which aligns with company’s code of conduct and ethics and is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and established departmental policies and procedures.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

Advanced Care Scripts (ACS), a CVS Health Company, manages and dispenses specialty medications and products nationwide. Our comprehensive patient care model provides compliance and adherence support and cost-effective solutions for all classes of specialty medications.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Six months or more of experience in customer service, customer care or related field

  • Six or more months working in either Microsoft Excel, Outlook, or Word

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Insurance experience and call center experience

  • Knowledge working with CPR+ application

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
