Lockheed Martin Human Resources Business Partner in Orlando, Florida

Human Resources Business Partner role supporting the RMS - Training & Logistics Solutions (TLS) Line of Business. Key responsibilities include working with the F35 Training and F35 Logistics senior leadership teams and their staff to shape the future of the organization by identifying strategies that support near and long-term business objectives. Candidate will provide HR leadership to a client group and TLS wide projects and initiatives. Work location is Orlando, FL.

The successful candidate will identify opportunities for HR to engage effectively with management, demonstrate HR’s value, and support change management activities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coaching and consulting; developing selection and retention strategies and delivering on HR programs (i.e. Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition, Merit, Compliance, etc). Candidate must be proactive in identifying resources and formulating actionable recommendations/options for leadership. Must be able to effectively influence and communicate. This position is a key link to leverage centers of excellence and other functions needed to support the assigned client base with seamless integration of HR services.

Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, perform in-depth analysis of programs and policies, and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to interact with employees, and all levels of leadership. Candidate must be responsive, demonstrate strong business acumen, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels regarding HR support.

Basic Qualifications • Experience working as HRBP and/or COE disciplines. • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence. • Analytical skills, strong HR systems competency. • Highly effective communication, presentation and facilitation skills. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to build and leverage effective relationships and influence decisions and behaviors through partnering. • Ability to courageously lead the workforce through the changing environment. • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Desired skills • Demonstrated program/project leadership. • Prior HRBP or Centers of Excellence experience. • Experience coaching leaders. • Talent assessment and development skills. • Solid strategic problem-solving attributes. • Familiarity with Lockheed Martin policies, procedures and practices. • Strong computer skills using HR applications, HR reporting and MS office suite.
