We are looking for candidates with 15+ years of technical and programmatic experience in research and development of antennas and RF/microwave circuits. The individual will understand antenna and RF circuit principles, have experience designing, developing, and testing antennas and RF components, and proficiently utilize computer-based RF circuit and electromagnetic simulators. Having knowledge of radar signature reduction techniques would be a plus. The individual must possess good oral presentation, interpersonal communication, and technical writing skills; competently organize and write technical papers and presentations; and provide key support to proposal efforts with cost estimates and technical write-ups.

Technical and programmatic experience in research and development of antennas and RF/microwave circuits and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics or similar. The individual must understand antenna and RF circuit principles; must have experience designing, developing, and testing antennas and RF components; must proficiently utilize computer-based RF circuit and electromagnetic simulators and mechanical CAD software, e.g., HFSS, Microwave Office, and AutoCAD; and must have direct experience planning and executing antenna measurements.
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
