Lockheed Martin Senior Administrative Support in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

This position will include the following functions in support of Industrial Product Support Vendor / Global Supply Chain Services:

Act as the point of contact for internal and external client visits to three sites for meeting arrangements. Serve as POC for base passes and CAC cards. Generate visit requests. Book travel arrangements. Submit and reconcile expense reports. Order supplies and maintain inventory for 3 locations. Act as point of contact for networking services and computer ordering for new staff. Responsible for shipping and returns on computer repairs. POC for utility and leasing facility issues for warehouse and secondary location nearby.

Basic Qualifications Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Word).
