CVS Health Senior Manager, Client P&L - Triage in Northbrook, Illinois

Job Description

The Senior Manager, Client P&L - Triage will lead a team (4 employees) specifically created to establish process for evaluating impacts of various changes. This person will have significant impact to our bottom line and will be responsible for building and maintaining business rules and process for ensuring client change requests are financially assessed before implementation. This will involve evaluating the areas of impact of various change requests submitted by sales or others on specific clients, working with internal partners to determine which changes are likely impactful or not, documenting standard operating procedures and approval flows, and assisting in building and maintaining a technology solution to efficiently route these requests.

Required Qualifications

-8 + years’ experience in analytics, a process improvement role or with the creation/optimization of business rules

-2+ years' experience of management experience, either directly or indirectly managing a team.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience coaching and mentoring a diverse group of colleagues both on your immediate team and in other departments

-Ability to interact with others in a professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks

-Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow up skills.

-Experience in Microsoft Excel-based analysis

-Ability to interact with all level of management, including VPs and executives.

-Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred

-Prior experience working across many different groups within an organization

-Prior experience designing, implementing and optimizing new business processes

-Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups

-Aptitude to communicate complex findings and conclusions in an easy to understand way

-Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities

Education

-Bachelor’s degree required

-Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, epidemiology, economics or other data related fields, preferred.
