The Wealth Management Operations & Trust Support Services team is comprised of over 800 members, with the main hub located in Newark, DE. The Operations team provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client banking experience, working closely with sales, service, and product specialty groups. Wealth Management Operations & Trust Support Services example openings:

  • Account Transition - Coordinates client account transfer activity with 3rd party brokers and banks. This includes account fundings, account exits, and internal transfers and encompasses all asset types: equities, fixed income, mutual funds, derivatives and foreign investments.

  • Outside Portfolio Management - Acts as single point of contact for external money manager firms including account inquiries, global trade settlement, and corporate actions.

  • Client Data Management - Performs client on-line access on-boarding and maintains client and account information for all Private Banking Clients partnering with front-line client service representatives.

  • Statements/Client Reporting - Perform analysis on the timeliness and accuracy Client Statements and the preparation, imaging and distribution of other client documents/reports .

  • Service Delivery - Provides project and business management support for US Core Operations and Chase Wealth Management.

  • Fee Billing - Analytical support of fees charged for services provided to Private Banking clients, including complex fee calculations, revenue opportunity analysis, maintenance activities, and reconciliation.

  • International Trust Services - Provides Financial Accounting and Operational support including fee billing and document management to the International Fiduciary business.

  • Rapid Development Team - A tactical development group that builds Access databases, SharePoint sites, and works with BI Systems.

  • Tax - Manages client tax reporting processes, including monitoring data integrity and researching tax requirements for new products.
