This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages (J2EE, GIT, Eclipse, Spring and any RDBMS technologies)
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
5+ years of experience in Java design, coding, TDD, testing and debugging techniques
Experience with Fitnesse or similar Automation Test tools a plus
Experience with Kafka and data formats like ProtoBuf/Avro is a plus
Previous Experience of working in Banking domain or Finance is a plus
