Bank of America Citrix Engineer/Architect in Newark, Delaware
Bank of America is seeking a Senior Citrix Engineer/Architect. This role will not have direct reports but will influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. We are seeking someone with 7-10 years of Citrix and Systems Engineering experience.
The Architect will:
Participate in design, development and implementation, and L3 support of virtual engineering activities. Be responsible for critical components of large, complex, enterprise service platforms.
Serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor.
Will be viewed as a Citrix and enterprise desktop computing technology subject matter expert; leads the resolution process for complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of various factors.
Remain lock-step with enterprise programs, standards, practices, and policies, including Risk and Compliance.
Experience with Citrix Application publishing via XenApp - customization, and integration – 7-10 years
Expert knowledge of MS Windows Desktop OS and application packaging, customization, and integration
Experience with Citrix Netscaler and Storefront design, implementation, and support a plus
Proven foundation in scripting solutions and automating tasks
Experience with Active Directory, Networking, Cloud Computing
Knowledge of leading profile management solutions (Ivanti User Workspace Manager (AppSense), Citrix User Profile Manager (UPM), VMware User Environment Manager, Microsoft UE-V)
Strong dedication to quality customer service
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Possess a personal sense of urgency and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to function at a high level as part of a senior engineering team
Experience working in a large, complex, enterprise environment
ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
