This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
Proficiency in modern programming languages
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
Expertise Object Oriented programming languages, preferably Java/J2EE; however, strong experience in any Object Oriented programming language is applicable, as well as a strong understanding of concurrency patterns, data structures and algorithms
Expertise in Resiliency, Stability and Supportability concepts, patterns and methods, experience in automating away toil, experience in supporting mission critical applications in a production environment, and working knowledge of network protocols
Hands on experience with messaging platforms such as MQ and Kafka, Casandra, designing/architecting/building solutions around Microservices and event driven platforms, and an understanding of container platforms such as Docker, OpenShift and Kubernetes are all pluses
Solid understanding of Random fault injection (Chaos Engineering), and self-healing principals and experience with tuning high volume applications
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes and experience conducting hands on POCs to prove concepts/products Our Consumer & Community Banking Group depends on innovators like you to serve nearly 66 million consumers and over 4 million small businesses, municipalities and non-profits.
