PwC Senior Manager - Account Manager in New York, New York

A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Our Visual Communications team determines how to visually represent PwC’s key strategic initiatives and business goals. You’ll help the team with corporate visual brand design, creative strategy development and media design ideas.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above

  • Be involved in the financial management of clients

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients

  • Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team

  • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria

  • Train, coach, and supervise team members

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand

Demonstrated knowledge of Creative team capabilities, both traditional and non-traditional. Demonstrated knowledge of content development/web writing skills Demonstrated understanding of usability principles. Demonstrated knowledge of content management systems.

Extensive relationship skills. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling and relevant messaging. Proven ability to works directly on high priority projects, making sure brand, risk and other standards are adhered to. Proven ability to evaluate, analyze and interpret voice of the customer and market research information from a variety of sources. Demonstrated ability to measure and track results of creative offerings and report on Return On Investment (ROI) Demonstrated ability to coach and lead team of junior account managers. Proven ability to overcome internal barriers and resource constraints in order to produce successful program, effectively manage accelerating changes as required in a dynamic market and organization. Demonstrated ability to share responsibility for driving adherence to risk management protocols. Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with highest levels of our firm leadership and global marketer.
