Duties: Research, evaluate, and develop new methodologies and strategies for financial market analysis and next-generation analytics platforms for multiple Fixed Income asset classes, with a focus on Emerging Markets. Formulate and apply mathematical modeling to collect, analyze, and interpret data, and design and develop enhancements to existing analytics stack for Sales and Trading groups. Work with machine learning and Big Data software stacks and apply them to Fixed Income (FI) research. Partner with various asset-aligned research groups to explore trading opportunities for clients. Publish research notes for internal and external clients.

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Ph.D. in Physics (any), Math (any), Engineering (any), or related quantitative field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience as Application Developer, Scientist, Analyst, Engineer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills: trading, risk management, or analytic software development for Fixed Income and Emerging financial markets; quantitative analysis; object orientated programming; C; C++; Python; and HTML.
