What you ll do
As a GES Manager, you will manage global tax compliance, compensation, global equity, and employment tax engagements; you will manage the relationship with the client and provide consultative services while exceeding the expectations of our clients. You will identify engagement opportunities and coordinate with engagement leadership to deliver the breadth of Global Employer Services to the client, and target and sell new and add-on services to current and target clients. You will supervise the daily operations of your engagement teams working on expatriate tax and foreign national tax returns; provide mobility program support; global compensation review; and tax equalization policy design, global pensions, and payroll. You will collaborate with the Senior Manager to lead engagement budgeting, billing, management, and engagement team deployment; and be responsible for the development and motivation of engagement team.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources, international business, finance, economics, cross-cultural studies, or other liberal arts majors; ideally, with a related minor degree (for example, an accounting major and human resources minor)
5 years experience in employment tax, global personal income tax compliance and consulting, global compensation, rewards, transactions, mobility consulting, and/or global talent strategy consulting
Able to work within large, complex engagements and work efficiently and with a sense of urgency
Strong analytical, consultative, quantitative, and project management skills
Strong executive presence, and excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills with an aptitude for working as part of a global team
Leadership skills in managing client relationships and the ability to develop customized solutions to meet client needs with the ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage assignments in a team environment
Master s degree or equivalent in the related field
Able to travel up to 10% of your time
Strong technology skills including Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, QlikView, and Tableau
Global experience (foreign language skills, lived/studied abroad, strong cultural awareness)
Accreditation required for promotion to Manager
Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office
Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)
Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
Certified Pension Consultant (CPC)
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
Global Mobility Specialist (GMS)
