A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Our Visual Communications team determines how to visually represent PwC’s key strategic initiatives and business goals. You’ll help the team with corporate visual brand design, creative strategy development and media design ideas.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above

  • Be involved in the financial management of clients

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients

  • Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team

  • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria

  • Train, coach, and supervise team members

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand

  • Managing web and related products or the pwc.com/us platform;

  • Optimizing and influencing customer engagement and experiences;

  • Adopting strategies that support sales and marketing efforts;

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to agree on strategic development goals and executes according to established timelines and budget;

  • Advocating for US priorities within the global product development roadmap;

  • Collaborating with Global Digital Network to manage rollout of additional features and functionality;

  • Identifying multiple approaches and negotiating trade-offs to deliver high impact solutions on schedule;

  • Overseeing overall site information architecture, content strategy and UX for pwc.com/us;

  • Supervising content and UX specialists within the Engagement Vertical;

  • Working cross functionally with designers, content specialists, technical developers, Account Managers, marketing, PR and data analysts to deliver industry leading digital experiences;

  • Consulting with internal stakeholder groups on available features and functionality, custom development requests, content effectiveness, and to develop processes supporting post-launch change management efforts;

  • Gathering and translating requirements for development;

  • Testing and measuring audience engagement and feature deployments to quantify the business benefit/impact;

  • Managing multiple, concurrent projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery;

  • Identifying new opportunities and developing technology solutions that drive value for PwC by gathering input from our customers and internal and external sources;

  • Justifying and prioritizing roadmaps, development initiatives,testing and learning into new experiences, analyzing competitors and market trend and evaluating new technologies;

  • Building customer-facing web software or implementing enterprise system;

  • Working knowledge and experience with CMS platforms as well as Marketing Automation and Parallel Development;

  • Demonstrating experience with information design/ architecture, content strategy and user experience principles and industry leading practices;

  • Possessing relationship and leadership skills by managing multidisciplinary teams (indirect or direct) to meet strategic objectives;

  • Working independently with an ambitious attitude and able to successfully operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity as well as being a self-starter and being calm and efficient under pressure;

  • Embracing modern tools and technology for documentation and productivity tracking;

  • Prioritizing and handling multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment while keeping team on task;

  • Possessing experience with Agile, Lean or similar methods;

  • Demonstrating technical acumen with an ability to understand technology solutions and potential tradeoffs as well as communicating technical concepts to business users;

  • Possessing experience with Google Suite, User Testing, UAT, User Research and Data Analytics; and,
