Wholesale Banking Credit Transformation - Transformation Associate

Position Overview

The Wholesale Banking Credit Transformation - Transformation Associates will serve as key members of the Wholesale Banking Credit Transformation effort. Each Transformation Associate will support the overall Wholesale Transformation effort, redesigns of our operating models, and/or the development of new technology products. For this role, we are seeking a results-focused and highly motivated individual to own discrete projects and “modules of work”. Each project will have clear deliverables and will have significant impact on our credit processes, products, policies, and/or teams.


  • Lead and support discrete projects focused on improving client experiences, operating efficiencies, or controls; support the development and implementation of key aspects of the target state operating model and technology platforms

  • Identify issues, analyze problems and provide solutions when identifying gaps

  • Synthesize information from multiple stakeholders/departments and synthesize findings

  • Analyze process, product, technology, and client-experience related data and provide insights into pain points and improvement opportunities

  • Prepare presentation material for senior stakeholders to communicate findings and ensure buy-in

  • Work closely with internal partners, including PMO, technology, credit, and banking, as well as other transformation efforts, and assist when expertise is needed

  • Produce project reporting and tracking documentation to evaluate progress and quality


  • Experience with and a true passion for process innovation, product design, change management, business consulting and leading-edge technology

  • 1-5+ years’ experience working on large transformation efforts

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders within large organizations

  • Strong judgement, independent decision-making ability and written / verbal communications skills

  • Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to structure problems and develop analytical frameworks

  • Demonstrated strong ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written) with relevant stakeholders to gain buy-in

  • Ability and flexibility to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with PowerPoint presentations and Excel modeling

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related Masters Degree is a plus
