Job Description

Manages the team and activities in support of the planning, organization, leading and evaluation of day-to-day recruitment operations of the Talent Acquisition team. Identifies and implements new and emerging talent acquisition strategies, methods and tools. Focuses on team development and productivity; develops and monitors individual and team productivity measures. Acts as a key resource for the team and hiring managers to identify recruitment challenges and implement solutions.

  1. Manages the team and activities in support of the planning, organization, leading and evaluation of day-to-day recruitment operations of the Talent Acquisition team.

  2. Manages the execution and alignment of short and long-term business strategies in support of health system and Talent Acquisition goals and objectives.

  3. Collaborates with Workforce Readiness and Candidate Engagement teams to build and execute strategies to increase passive and active candidate pools, including the coordination of recruitment marketing and branding events and strategies to increase social media footprint across all platforms and tools.

  4. Collects and analyzes reporting metrics, identifies trends and develops solutions to drive results and achieve Talent Acquisition organizational KPI's (time to hire, voice of the customer, reduction of OT, agency usage, etc.).

  5. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with multiple stakeholder, including hiring managers, Site HR partners and Talent Operations areas to foster partnerships and quality results.

  6. Selects, develops, manages and evaluates direct reports. Ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely fashion. Tracks, monitors and analyzes talent acquisition metrics to manage team and individual performance. Ensures staffing requirements are met.

  7. Drives adoption of, optimization and utilization of all recruitment tools and technology.

  8. Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to maintain competitiveness in the recruitment industry.

  9. Performs related duties, as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, required.

  • Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible talent acquisition experience with two (2) years Talent Acquisition leadership experience or successful completion of leadership training and 1 or more TA projects, required, in an agency, healthcare and/or corporate Talent Acquisition industry, preferred.

  • Proficient in a range of recruiting methodologies including sourcing capabilities (active and passive), internet, employee referral, professional networking, etc. to drive pipeline development.

  • Project management and strong interpersonal skills, required. Ability to cultivate and manage relationships across a matrixed organization.

  • PHR or SHRM certification, preferred

  • Proficient with Applicant tracking systems, social media and Microsoft Office, required.
