Aetna Case Manager RN in New Albany, Ohio

This position is for an RN Case Manager in the Central Ohio area (Columbus and surrounding counties) that will care for Aetna members in their home environment and ensure service coordination needs are met.
Registered Nurse (RN) is required
3+ years clinical practice experience is required
Must be comfortable completing home / face to face visits with members
Home care experience preferred
1+ years of case management experience preferred
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Nursing/Registered Nurse is required
Functional - Nursing/Case Management/1+ Years
Training will be completed in the New Albany office and move to work at home upon completion of orientation period.
