CVS Health Inbound Customer Service Representative in Monroeville, Pennsylvania
CVS Health, a mail service Specialty Pharmacy in the Monroeville area, has an opportunity for an Inbound Call Center Representative to handle patient billing questions and making arrangements for payment of services. The inbound call area representative will handle all requests made by patients of CVS Health Specialty pharmacy billing in an attempt to ensure timely and accurate account payment for outstanding balances while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
-Receive inbound calls from patients with questions regarding bills received
-Provide excellent customer service to the patient by providing first call resolution to their need
-Resolve problems that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information, therapy changes, and pharmacy or shipping errors
-Work closely within and outside of the department to address patient billing errors.
Hiring for 11:30A - 8:00P shift.
1 + years of experience in a high volume inbound call center or customer service role
1 + years of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
1 + years of experience performing healthcare reimbursement, medical insurance/billing or related work preferred
Customer service focus in a healthcare environment
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
