CVS Health Back End Supervisor - Pharmacy Operations in Monroeville, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor in our Monroeville PA Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy.

As a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor you will oversee the Packing and Pharmacy Technician functions related to prescription drug orders for patients. You will collaborate with other Supervisors and Senior Leadership to ensure the efficiency of the Pharmacy.

Your responsibilities include mentoring, coaching and driving your direct reports for results in a fast paced environment.

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience working with production and warehouse operations.

and 1 year of direct supervisory or leadership experience in a related environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical and/or production related environment

  • Operations and Automation experience

  • Experience in a high intensity, fast paced production environment

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Basic Six Sigma and/or Lean management knowledge

  • Continuous improvement and quality centric focus

  • Customer service orientation to ensure patients’ needs are met timely

  • MS Office Suite proficiency

  • 1 Year Inventory Control/Warehouse experience

  • Cycle Counting Experience – Understanding/Resolving outstanding Cycle Counts

  • Receiving, Replenishment, Put Away, Stocking, Returns Processing

Education

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required, Bachelors Degree preferred
