Primary Location: United States (US) - Illinois (US-IL) - Moline
Title: 3rd Shift Material Coordinator - 42060
As a 3rd Shift Material Coordinator at John Deere Seeding located in Moline, IL, you will coordinate delivery of materials to the Point of Use (POU) and resolve part availability issues. In addition, you will:
Communicate part availability issues and resolution to operations and other key stakeholders
Utilize SAP transactions to support all aspects of the material delivery process
Work critical shortage reports to ensure part availability
Work closely with several functional areas including operations, engineering, supply management, and material flow to root cause and correct material shortages, inventory discrepancies, reporting issues, COGI, and consumption issues
Implement the output from the engineering release and change management process
Actively support the Continuous Improvement (CI) process and shop floor initiatives

Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Effective interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Experience working in a team environment and delivering expected results
Proven organizational experience handling multiple projects or tasks
Abilty and willingness to work 3rd shift
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience with SAP
Experience working in a manufacturing operations environment
Experience with Order Fulfillment, Supply Management, and/or Material Flow processes
Experience working proactively in a self-guided environment
Education (or equivalent work experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, Supply Management or Accounting/Finance
