Job Description

As a Registered Nurse Clinical Sales Liaison your clinical and relationship development skills will collide as you play an integral role initiating high-quality patient care and expanding our reach through the established partnerships with hospitals.

As a Registered Nurse Clinical Sales Liaison you will:

Grow business by recognizing opportunities to expand relationships with existing referral sources and partner with the medical community to understand their patient’s needs for a safe and smooth transition home.

*Work closely with the Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager to present and negotiate therapy programs within assigned hospitals.

*Support and assist physicians, social workers, discharge planners and other referral sources to facilitate appropriate home infusion patients for our services.

*Conduct initial infusion set-up and patient/caregiver education on our therapy services and technology before they are discharged.

*Seek opportunities for improvement in patient care and participate in the institution's quality assurance performance improvement initiatives as requested.

  • Introduce formulary changes, diagnosis and route of feeding and advances in nutrition support.

  • Additional licensure may be required in multi state service areas.

*Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key partners and patients.

*In this role, you will visit facilities in Location and surrounding areas.

Certification and re-certification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RN’s such as Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion (CRNI®)

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with current license in state of employment.

  • Minimum three years clinical (RN) nursing with at least one year IV infusion experience.

  • Minimum two years of selling healthcare services.

  • Have and maintain current CPR certification.

  • Possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Home healthcare experience

  • CRNI certification preferred, but not required

Education

RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing
