We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Administrator to join ourHR Services - Talent Shared Services teambased in Melbourne.This is an ideal entry level role for someone who wants to commence their career in HR, and who enjoys project and process related work.

You will need to be enthusiastic, ready to think creatively, be comfortable working in an agile environment and be willing to participate in different core functions and processes.

Job Summary:

As a HR Administrator, you will provide administration support to the Talent Shared Services Team to successfully deliver and execute the Year-End Review performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administration support with Year-End performance management processes

  • Downloading and distributing Year-End talent reports to relevant stakeholders

  • Reporting analysis

  • Assist in creating and distributing firm wide communications

  • Administer follow up process where required

  • Ad hoc queries from staff and Partners relating to the performance management technology platform

  • Providing administration support to assist in the delivery of the annual remuneration process

  • Coordinate and collate remuneration data

  • Assist with letter production

  • Coordinate late changes to remuneration data

  • Understands both the Talent Team and Talent Shared Services strategies and how the teams supports Ernst & Young and their business.

  • Stakeholder management

  • Provides accurate HR data advice and support

  • Adheres to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provides regular query updates to customers and stakeholders

  • Escalates risks to the relevant Team Leader

Qualifications, knowledge and experience


Certificate or degree in Human Resources or other relevant discipline


  • Demonstrates ability to exercise strong time management given high query volume and effective communication skills.

  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills given large number of stakeholders being serviced at one time

  • Demonstrates high level of proficiency with excel and large data sources


  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administration based role, however this is not essential
