Due to our continued success and growth, an exciting opportunity exists for Senior Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers to join our highly regarded Melbourne People Advisory Services (PAS) team, with a focus on Reward .
PAS helps companies achieve their business strategy by successfully activating their people. Working within PAS, you will have joined a team of industry leaders who provide comprehensive advice to a diverse portfolio of clients. Specifically, you will:
Work closely with our clients to analyse their complex people issues; design and implement innovative approaches to enhance their people strategy, reward strategy, structures and programs; co-ordinating and project managing these projects which may be local, across Asia Pacific or global.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive and pragmatic advice which details reward and remuneration design alternatives, quantify benefits, costs and risks, and outline implementation plans, enablers and barriers.
Work closely within a highly talented, genuinely collaborative multi-disciplinary People Advisory Services team to deliver integrated solutions that align to our client’s business and people strategies, optimise workforce productivity, are tax-effective, and compliant with local and global regulations
In addition to Reward projects, you’ll also collaborate on a range of related areas such as diversity, corporate governance, and board and committee effectiveness, as well as joining teams advising across all areas of people strategy.

Exhibit a problem solving mindset, able to translate client needs into practical and implementable reward strategies.
Thrive in an ever changing client landscape, anticipating and reacting to client needs and challenges, while remaining resilient and focussed.
Work effectively with diverse EY and client teams, both on client site for extended periods or in our EY office working across a variety of client projects on a day to day basis.
Have proven personal and project management skills.
Have both strong quantitative and qualitative skills supported by strong Excel and/or data analytics capabilities
Display management skills, with responsibility for the coaching and development of others.
Display relationship management skills, with the ability to build and develop relationships with both external and internal contacts
Previous human resource, reward and remuneration management, business analysis and/or consulting experience is highly desirable.
