We realise that reconnecting with your career can be daunting but we recognise that the experiences you’ve had during your break can bring the diversity of thought we look for at EY and therefore welcome your background and perspectives. That’s why we designed our returner program, EY Reconnect.

One decision, a lifetime of opportunity

This four day per week, 12-week program offers a route back into work supported by induction, coaching and mentoring. Joining as part of a cohort, you’ll have an instant peer group for additional support. This is an opportunity for you to reconnect with your career, your previous experience and knowledge within business.

To ensure you match your interests and career goals, we encourage you to research our service lines before applying.

At the end of the 12 weeks, all returners will be considered to transition into a permanent role with EY and encouraged to utilise our formal or informal flexible working practices.

To apply for the role you’ll:

  • be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident

  • have had a career break of 2-10 years

  • be a female who left the work force with over five years prior work experience

  • have previous relevant experience working in professional services or a relevant industry

What we look for

We’re interested in those with a genuine creative vision and the confidence to make it happen. You can expect plenty of autonomy in this role, so you’ll also need the ability to take initiative and seek out opportunities to improve our current relationships and processes. If you’re serious about returning to work and ready to take on some of our clients’ most complex issues, this role is for you.
