The opportunity

Our PAS, Performance and Talent practice continues to grow and we are always interested in speaking with talented individuals with backgrounds covering Strategic Workforce Planning to consider for future opportunities.

Your key responsibilities

Senior Consultants in our team will:

  • Support the delivery of workforce planning projectsacross a range of sectors

  • Assist with the development of workforce models to driveactionable insights

Skills andattributes for success

We are interested in learning more about you if you have experience in:

  • Workforce Planning; either for another consulting firm oras part of an organisation

  • Workforce Analytics and understand that key dimensionsrequired to build robust workforce planning models

  • Building Workforce Models to forecast the impacts as aresult of shifts in supply and/or demand

Ideally, you’llalso have

  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders to alignon expectations and context required to support the Strategic WorkforcePlanning process

  • A robust understand of the future of work and how itimpacts workforce trends
