Performance Metrics Analyst

Key Role:

Analyze actual and predictable client operations to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making or resource allocation. Maintain and report on key performance indicators, provide trend analysis on business or organizational performance to senior leadership for corrective action, and provide performance monitoring and analysis services for enterprise operations. Identify anomalies for proactive mitigation. Leverage knowledge of the client mission and objectives and develop strong working relationships with client leadership to craft and maintain a robust performance management program, leveraging modeling and measuring techniques and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines in determining solutions. Leverage performance information to assist with the organization's financial planning.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with performance management and operations research

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

-Experience with using various data visualization tools and techniques

-Experience with defining and documenting requirements and monitoring performance

-Ability to brief senior leaders

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
