Internship Project Coordinator

Key Role:

Leverage creativity and excellent organizational skills in support of our Summer Games Program and other recruitment initiatives. Support our program management team by bringing fresh ideas to make the program the best it can be. Assist with the planning, execution and evaluation of our enterprise-wide program. Coordinate with internal teams to develop orientation, training, and mentoring programs for interns, and collaborate with our community partnerships team to plan and execute intern community service projects. Assist with the development and management of communications with candidates, interns and internal stakeholders. Assist with intern program data tracking and analysis, and monitor, respond, and escalate messages received to the Summer Games mailbox.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience working in a professional environment

-Experience with project management

-Ability to prioritize deliverables and work independently with minimal guidance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to show commitment and work ethic to follow through

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
