Lockheed Martin Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Senior in Marietta, Georgia

Description: Successful candidate will provide financial management

and control account manager (CAM) responsibilities within the Depot Operations Modifications Retrofit (DOMR) Team.

Responsible for responding to Program/company audits at

the Team level. Must have a working knowledge of subcontractor management and be able to work with business and finance disciplines. Must have experience developing affordability and cost-benefit analysis. Will be required to develop and track cost, schedule and performance metrics, and provide cost support to program and project managers in all facets of contract management. Will review status of projects and budgets, technical and cost inquiries, and support queries based on leadership direction. In-depth knowledge of Earned Value methodology is essential.

Will be required to assist the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader in meetings and discussions with senior F-22 Company and Customer Program Management. Ability to understand the requirements and have experience in Air Force depot level heavy maintenance and aircraft modifications is a plus.

Must be a team player and willing to support a diverse

group of teammates. Must be able to develop and assist in

managing detailed project plans and timelines.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills an absolute must. Must be able to work and communicate well in a team and assist project managers and leadership in problem solving, as necessary. Must engage effectively with the senior management of LM Aero Sustainment. Must be able to successfully meet deadlines, develop and work to an approved budget. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Project and Excel needed. Must be able to facilitate meetings and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Applicant will be subject to a government security

investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for

access to classified information.

Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as

a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility

that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in cost/schedule, and risk and opportunity

management

Experience in Earned Value concepts and practices.

Experience with subcontract management.

Project management experience.

Experience with Sustainment organization and functions.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related

discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

Desired Skills:

Possess above average skills and proficiency with MS

Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access) and MS Project

Ability to Multi-task

Strong verbal and written skills communication skills

Aircraft maintenance, financial, or global sustainment

knowledge

Average organizational, administrative and planning skills

Prior experience managing complex activities

Positive attitude, Team player, Self-starter
