The EY Foundation is looking for a Programme Delivery Co-Ordinator to work in the Programmes team. The role consists of supporting the delivery of the Smart Futures programme and other programmes across offices in Southern England, based out of 1 More London Place. The post-holder will be required to be flexible and support different programmes as required and also to deliver special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be supporting programme delivery across Smart Futures, Our Future and Accelerate as required across the Southern Hub. Duties may include:

  • Produce programme communications

  • Review and update programme materials

  • Recruit and on-board young people

  • Providing ongoing support to EY volunteer teams

  • Building relationships with EY stakeholders

  • Support delivery of programme content

  • Collect and analyse feedback

  • Produce evaluation reports

  • Provide logistic support

  • Keep programme reports current

  • Ensure volunteer and student data is accurate

  • Support student alumni activities

  • Support the completion of forms required for Q&RM.

  • Work on special projects as required by the Southern Hub leader and the Smart Futures programme lead

Other Responsibilities:

  • Represent the EY Foundation at events, including at evenings and weekends

  • Adhere to the EY Foundation’s Child Protection Policy at all times

  • Adhere to the EY Foundation’s policies at all times

  • Support other Foundation activities as required

Personnel Specification

To Qualify for the Role you must have:

  • Strong working knowledge and experience in an administrative or operational role;

  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data, analyse and report;

  • High proficiency with systems and process management.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Demonstrable ability to lead and support a number ofprojects at the same time

  • Highly organised individual

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels

  • A team player with a confident manner and a professional, flexible, positive, calm and resilient approach

  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and able to efficiently produce work of high quality

  • Able to absorb a wide range of information and communicate (written and oral) succinctly and effectively

  • Passionate about working with young people

  • Complete a DBS check and undertake Child Protection training

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience of EY Foundation programmes

  • Experience of working with or in third sector organisations that support enterprise and or young people

  • Connections and networks in the young people and entrepreneurship space

  • Experience of mentoring a young person

  • Experience of some of the challenges facing UK employers to find young talent for their business, to help them achieve their business goals and wider interest employers have to support youth employment initiatives.

Other Requirements:

  • Act as an ambassador for the EY Foundation at all times, attending key events and receptions as required, some of which may be outside of normal office hours and/or locations;

  • Adhere to the EY Foundation’s Child Protection, Independence and Data Protection policy at all times;

  • Complete a DBS check and undertake Child Protection training.
