HOW YOU WILL FULFIL YOUR POTENTIAL - Risk management of GSS inventory positions, working closely with GSS Supply/Demand teams, along with other firm desks- Optimisation of inventory through dividend and corporate action periods- Pricing and trading synthetic borrow via equity derivatives- Collaboration with Treasury/GLP to project desk funding requirements- Risk Manage the FX, Interest Rates and Equity risk of the book SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Strong academic record with Bachelor’s degree, above or equivalent in Finance, Economics or a related discipline required- Prior investment banking/financial services industry experience required- Strong familiarity with trading processes required- Experience of structuring and executing transactions required- Exposure to new product development and implementation required- Experience with pricing, forecasting, financial modelling, documentation, reporting required- Demonstrable involvement with process improvement initiatives required- Familiarity with swaps/TRS, cash flow, repo trades and counterparty/collateral risks required- Experience of performing valuations, risk calculations, assessing market/industry to identify trends/insights required- Must have strong analytic approach with high attention to detail- Proficiency with MS office package especially Excel required- Ability to work closely with various groups, with strong communication skills- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required- Must be a collaborative team player
