Lockheed Martin RF Electronics Engineer in Littleton, Colorado

Description: Work as a Certified Principal Engineer delegate responsible for the Digital Payload processors and payload digital electronic subsystems. Responsible for design, manufacturing, production, test, and ownership of design, analysis, and interface documentation. Candidate will provide technical oversight and direction to electronics vendors, production, ATLO and work with the LM design team to ensure successful assembly, integration, test and documentation of the Subassembly and compliance of the product with all program requirements. Candidate needs a strong electronics background with knowledge in analog/mixed signal circuits, high speed digital circuits, and FPGA/ASICs. Familiarity with RF Digital Signal Processing is a plus. This individual will be reviewing board designs, worst case circuit analyses, FMECA and other analyses, integration and test documentation in preparation for the Subassembly certification for the next higher assembly.

Basic Qualifications:

Needs to be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., subcontractor, customer, SEIT, and multiple M&P and parts organizations) and manage closure of Action Items and Liens.

Must work well in a team environment with good interpersonal, communication & organizational skills.

Ability to become a Lockheed Martin Certified Principal Engineer delegate.

Light to moderate travel may be required.

Desired Skills:

Demonstrated experience with closing of technical issues and hardware certifications.

Experience in development of interface description documents (Electronic Interface Control Document equivalents) as well as mechanical interface description documents (Mechanical Interface Control Document equivalents).

Experience in development, integration and testing of analog circuits.

Experience working with Subcontractors and sub-tier suppliers.

Working knowledge of electronic component qualification requirements, including EMI/EMC and survivability.
