CVS Health Senior Manager, Provider Solutions in Lincoln, Rhode Island

Job Description

As one of the founding members of the CVS Kidney Care team, you will play an important role in designing new programs to improve the lives of individuals with kidney disease. The Senior Manager, Provider Solutions will lead the development, launch, and ongoing growth of an innovative new products and services for renal programs and dialysis providers. The products will be designed to improve patient outcomes and reduce the cost of treating kidney disease. The Senior Manager will set and manage program scope, develop business requirements, and oversee the development and product life cycle of provider products to achieve intended patient outcomes and financial performance.

Additional responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Provider Solutions include:

• Support the development, launch, expansion, and management of new renal solutions

• Manage day-to-day relationship with dialysis providers and cross-functional support teams

• Work with clinical team to identify “win-wins” to develop new opportunities to improve clinical care for CKD and ESRD patients while creating value through improved cost management

• Set and manage product scope, requirements, design and business processes

• Provide quantitative assessment of product opportunity sizing

• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and CVS leaders through effective written and oral presentations

• Manage product to established timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product, marketing or strategy

• 3 years of healthcare experience

• 1 year of management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience developing products for physicians or healthcare providers

• Previous experience developing pharmacy products

• Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders

• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment within a large organization

• Ability to manage multiple work streams and product deliverables

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)

  • Pharm.D. (strongly preferred)

  • MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)
