CVS Health Quality Assurance Analyst - Salesforce in Lincoln, Rhode Island
As a Quality Assurance Analyst at CVS Health in our Caremark PBM ( Pharmacy Benefits Manager) business unit, you will be testing various applications under MCS Group. The application you will test as a Quality Assurance will include primarily Salesforce application and integrated applications. The Quality Assurance Analyst is essential to ensuring that testing projects in this area are properly executed and documented. As part of our MCS Group, your role as a Quality Assurance Analyst is vital to ensuring that testing requirements have been met before changes are put into production. This has a great impact on end users of these applications and the quality of service we are able to provide to our customers. Additional responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Analyst will include :
-Performing functional and regression testing.
-Providing input to test results and reporting for product owners
Escalating and reporting risks and problems.
Developing and maintaining automated test scripts in addition to manual testing
Create and maintain functionality of automation scripts using Selenium , UFT or other automation tools with objective to increase productivity by providing technical solutions, suggesting custom frameworks, utilities and process improvement initiatives.
-Creating test plans and test cases
-Verifying recommended solutions
-Completing assigned tasks per aggressive timelines
-Providing technical testing consulting to both the business and vendors if needed
-Providing input to lessons learned for each project
-Recommending quality and efficiency improvements.
1+ years of software/application QA Salesforce experience 1+ years using Quality Center and/or ALM for requirements ,test preparation, test execution and defect management.
1+ years of experience in the Healthcare or PBM industry
Expertise in automation tools like UFT and Selenium
Experience in integration testing/end to end testing, QA efforts across multiple applications
Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
Outstanding communication skills (written, Oral presentations)
Proactive Work ethic with the ability to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaborate with other QA team members and different QA teams
Experience working with Apptus application
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred
High school Diploma or GED required
