Lockheed Martin Manufacturing Engineer Associate - Planner - Bill of Materials - BOM - Special Operations Forces in Lexington, Kentucky

Description: In this role, the candidate will use knowledge of reading design drawings to interpret and determine the correct material to order. The candidate will analyze the part requirements and determine the appropriate equipment and processes to use to develop fabrication routers/work instructions.

The candidate with be expected to provide guidance to fabrication personnel when assistance is needed to interpret the design intent. The candidate will be expected to work with design when data is either not clear or not complete.

Production Engineering experience

Production Operations experience

Aircraft integration experience

Experience with Lean Six Sigma practices

SOF CLSS contract, facility, and customer knowledge

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bill of Materials (BOM) experience

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
