What you’ll be doing...
You will identify training and development needs through observations, job analysis, and employee requests in consultation with Center Managers, including assessment methods and measurement systems.
Analyzing the need and target audience for training topics, and setting specific training objectives and timelines in which to be delivered.
Designing and developing training programs that assist in the improvement of individual and organizational performance.
Evaluating and testing training content by utilizing ‘train the trainer’ sessions, pilot groups and peer reviews.
Monitoring the training delivered, and evaluating instructor performance and the effectiveness of the training programs through testing and survey questionnaires, and then providing improvement recommendations.
Developing and maintaining training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
Organizing training venues, logistics, and accommodations as required to achieve efficient training and delivery.
Coordinating all necessary materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
Monitoring and reporting on activities, costs, performance, etc.
Continually enhancing and maintaining knowledge in relevant fields.
Partnering with other staff teams to focus on delivering outstanding customer service, retaining customers, building customer loyalty and adding value to customers by providing clear and concise documentation to the call centers.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in a collection support/call center environment.
Proficient with rapid course development tools such as Captivate, Articulate, GoAnimate, etc.
Even better if you have:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to analyze results and evaluate the impact of initiatives.
Ability to adapt easily to change and work in a rapidly changing environment.
Working knowledge of collections and billing systems preferred (ex: iCollect, OPTIX, Payment Hub, CACS, ACSS, Next Gen, etc.).
One or more years of experience in all phases of instructional design, professional learning, development of teaching materials and designing learning activities.
One or more years of experience designing, developing and implementing interactive e-learning programs/courseware in a corporate setting.
Proficiency in all aspects of training development and delivery, including curriculum design and development, project management, implementation strategies, measurement, needs analysis, presentation and facilitation.
Skills in training needs assessments, designing survey research instruments and analyzing survey results.
Proficiency incorporating a variety of media including graphics, audio, video, animation, and multimedia in support teaching and learning.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to convey complicated information in its simplest form.
