Position Summary:

The BEC team is a part of GDS Administration & Workplace Services (AWS) and supports the Global Real Estate in their ongoing & upcoming projects. The current open position is in the VCI Support team and the team is primarily required to assist the Real Estate Technology & Innovation (RETI) team in fulfilling deployment & maintenance of Visual Communication screens around EY offices globally. These screens are maintained from a common server and content scheduling to these screens will also be required. In addition to exceptional customer service, team members are expected to work with multiple teams in order to complete a deployment and essentially work with stakeholders to provide consistent responses & processing based on firm policies.

Job Specification:

The associate would be required to work in a team environment in delivering the needs of the Global customers in supporting the global Visual Communication system. The task includes attending to tickets, support/work independently in tool deployments, technical & configuration support.

  • Work with the team to implement and deliver deployment projects

  • Learn the system(s) in detail and attend to admin support queries

  • Perform data integrity checks

  • Assists in coordinating, along with the Technical Team, the delivery of product updates and enhancements

  • May act as primary escalation point on product or service related issues

  • Relationship building with key stakeholders

  • Clear understanding and definition of customer requirements, liaising at ease with the customers in terms of job receipts, complaints, reporting and reviews

  • Ensuring that key commitments of the customers and SLAs are always on track

  • May update end user documentation and training material, as assigned.

  • Helps in providing subject matter knowledge during workshops and other training sessions

Experience and qualifications:

  • Any graduates/Post Graduates, preferably B’tech

  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in Technical troubleshooting/System Administration

  • Demonstrated experience in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and fair knowledge of MS-Outlook
