Position: Senior Associate (Jersey City, New Jersey)

Duties: Perform technical design, development, configuration, maintenance, administration, and integration of the Salesforce platform. Develop scalable solutions that keep the overall end-user experience in mind. Utilize Apex, Visualforce and programming skills for large integration projects. Utilize Java, JSP, XML, JSON, and Web Services (WSDL/SOAP/REST) to perform Salesforce and enterprise application development as well as web-based systems architecture and service-based architecture. Define system requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of innovative solutions and establish metrics for success. Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues. Provide detailed design documentation of each component of the solution such as data migration, integration and custom development. Scope the technical portion projects and estimate resource requirements.

Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three years of experience performing consulting and implementation. Or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience performing consulting and implementation. Must also possess 1 year of the following: Performing Salesforce integration, including large-scale (500+ users) integration of database applications and security permissions; Performing Salesforce development using Apex for middleware, Aura Lightning Design System framework, Visual Force for front-end development; performing Salesforce configuration and customization for various Insurance sector domains; Building applications for use with the Salesforce cloud, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Integrating Salesforce with SOAP and REST web services middleware; Performing salesforce integration with databases including SQL and Oracle; Utilizing Informatica Cloud to integrate data between Salesforce and multiple external sources; Interfacing with financial professionals to gather requirements, defining application architecture based on requirements, Interfacing with IT teams throughout the development, integration and project management processes; Utilizing Salesforce object model knowledge to develop and design the application based on business requirements that also works along with the systems integrated with Salesforce; Developing Salesforce analytics using configuration and utilizing apex coding framework customization for complex analytical business needs.
