Release Lead in the Enterprise CTO Application Production Services Transition Services team managing and executing activities related to Application Change, Release and Deployment for +25 applications

Enterprise Role Description

Production Services is responsible for running the day to day operations of the technology platform. Work activities specific to Production Services roles include Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Capacity/Availability Management, Application Monitoring, Service Analytics and Reporting, Production Governance, Triage, Associate Support, Change/Configuration Management, etc. The Production Services Lead identifies possible production failure scenarios, creates incident tickets, enhancements and/or problem tickets in ticket tracking system, and communicates.

Required Skills:

+5 years of performing application Change, release or deployment teams.

+5 years of managing a Release management team, 4+ people.

+5 years working with Sybase, Oracle, Netezza, SQL Server.

+5 years working with Unix shell scripting, SQL, Perl, Javascript and Autosys.

Good written and verbal communication skills

ITIL Certified
