Java Developer, Mid

Key Role:

Perform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software in support of distinct product hardware or technical service lines of businesses. Perform activities ranging from software design, operating architecture integration, to the selection of computer systems. Leverage knowledge of one or more systems, platforms, and programming languages.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience in user interfaces and problem data classes, including class versus instance properties and methods, abstraction, encapsulation, inheritance and multiple inheritances, polymorphism, software design techniques, and problem solving

-Experience with Agile software development processes and techniques

-Experience with software development phases, including requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation Web applications with Java technologies

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BS degree in CS

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with toolsets, including Atlassian Tool Suite, GIT, Bitbucket, Cucumber, Confluence, Jenkins, and Jira

-Experience with test driven development and behavior driven development
