What you’ll be doing...
The Network Business Development Operations Manager role is responsible for supporting all operations for the West Network Business Development team. Tasks include; deal requirements gathering, development and delivery of information and assets, alignment of internal resources to support the Development Manager’s engagements with cities in the West. Developing tools to track key metrics, reporting and analytics for the team will be required. The role will be a key contributor to helping the team create momentum and a superior experience while progressing through the various stages of engagement and deployment within our largest targeted cities.
Align and strategize Business Development activities.
Drive collaboration with internal and external organizations while and owning deals and driving wins.
Support the development and implementation of new business opportunities.
Effectively support the business development team with technical presentations and demonstrations.
Drive positive customer experience through alignment with different internal teams on customer engagement.
Enable business development team growth through knowledge transfer and training.
Improve processes and outcomes through analysis of successes and shortfalls.
Communicate progress with leaders and other stakeholders with dashboards and reports.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in operations, partner management, business development.
Experience in managing delivery of solutions involving cloud, security, IoT, professional services and SaaS.
Even better if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, Marketing, Organizational Management, or Engineering.
7+ years of experience in operations, partner management, business development.
Experience in wireless, wireline and IoT solutions.
Strong technology marketing and analytical skills.
Financial management skills for forecasting, pricing and margin analysis.
Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google equivalents.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
