Program Manager

Key Role:

Support a major Army general officer command client in various initiatives as a program manager and logistics subject matter expert. Participate in and coordinate integrated product teams and develop recommended courses of action for military decision makers across the spectrum of operational logistics. Apply appropriate management analysis processes, including the military decision making process (MDMP) and technical techniques to provide the services required. Perform duties as a staff action officer, as needed, including expertise in the processes required to produce and deliver orders, directive correspondence, and observance of required staff coordination responsibilities. Coordinate multiple integrated process teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of management efforts. Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in logistics operations management and technical areas across the enterprise. Prepare and review staff action packets and present decision briefs and other media products to very senior decision-makers.

Basic Qualifications:

-20+ years of experience with DoD or Army supply chain business processes

-Experience with Army operational logistics planning and execution

-Experience with developing Army logistics requirements and converting those requirements into tools, systems, and business intelligence solutions

-Knowledge of Army end-to-end logistics business processes

-Knowledge of national, operational, and tactical Army logistics policy, business processes, and commands

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-MA or MBA degree preferred
