Lockheed Martin HCSW Project Integration Manager in Huntsville, Alabama

Description: Come be a part of the development of the new Hypersonic Conventional Strike Weapon (HCSW). This new air-launched weapon system will include phases progressing through design, flight test, initial production and deployment of the weapon system. The HCSW Project Integration Manager reports directly to the HCSW Senior Program Manager with the following major roles and responsibilities:

Lead a team supporting multiple special assignments across the program including, but not limited to, staffing assessments, programmatic issue identification/resolution, program integration, etc.

Maintain the program level staffing plan by assessing control account results and future needs based on future task orders

Generate / compile executive level briefings for internal / external status of key program issues

Lead creation/implementation of new processes & tools to streamline management of a portfolio of IDIQ Task Orders and Development Initiatives

Support creation of a Long Range Development Roadmap for the HCSW Program

The candidate must be able to lead effectively across all business functions Candidate exercises latitude in determining programmatic objectives and approaches to assignments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree from accredited college, with degree in relevant field (engineering, business, manufacturing/industrial science).

*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

*Hands on project or engineering planning experience.

*Experience in creating and delivering compelling presentations, using effective Powerpoint communication.

*Experience in creating metrics that effectively measure key performance attributes and drive specific action.

*Demonstrated ability to establish close working relationships with key senior leaders and customer executives.

*Experience in evaluating key processes and identifying effective process improvements and corrective actions.

*Control Account Management.

*Current DOD Secret clearance, with ability to obtain DOD Top Secret Clearance.

*Experience leading a cross-function team in the execution of a project goal.

*This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
