Job Description:

The Residential Real Estate Sales Associate serves as the primary support to the Residential Real Estate Specialist (RRES) assigned to the market. Highly knowledgeable and trained to interact with private wealth clients, PCA and PCM.

Has a thorough knowledge of Mortgage lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics by complying with all Federal and State compliance policies and HMDA requirements.

Previous residential mortgage/HELOC experience in the HNW arena required (minimum 4-10 years).

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements . Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.

Required Skills :

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, while managing compressed timelines.

  • Microsoft Office expertise.

Desired Skills :

  • Functional understanding of the mortgage business working with ultra-high net clients and advisors.
