RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIALThis role will be part of the Asia Credit Sales and Trading franchise located in Hong Kong with a focus on the distribution of primarily USD Asian corporate debt. The successful applicant will be a member of the sales team focusing on primary execution and secondary flows along with the marketing of more complex financial products to sophisticated institutional Investors. The candidate should be personable, well spoken, with technical skills and a desire to work in a team oriented atmosphere.

  • To provide leverage to senior sales people in account coverage; while also helping to produce and distribute trade ideas and market commentary both internally and externally.

  • The role will offer opportunities to have daily interaction with clients as well as multiple internal teams including but not limited to PFI, structuring and IBD.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Basic Qualifications:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record

  • 3 - 4 years of relevant experience

  • Strong interest in global financial markets & derivative instruments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and preparing presentation material/pitch books.

  • Ability to multi-task & work under pressure

  • Solid work ethic and high levels of motivation

  • Ability to multi-task & work under pressure

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
