HUMINT Desk Analyst

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for monitoring all aspects of physical security, operational security, security classification, and other control mechanisms to mitigate risks to personnel and operations. Provide technical oversight and guidance for all ongoing activities and operations, including human intelligence (HUMINT) activities. Coordinate and synchronize pre-mission, mission, and post-mission activities, including all mission briefs. Liaise across the intelligence community (IC), ensuring solid communications and synchronization of operations.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with client activities

-2+ years of experience with client activities in an operational capacity

-Experience with conducting and overseeing full-spectrum HUMINT activities

-Experience with source validation

-Knowledge of tech support for HUMINT

-Knowledge of DoD HUMINT practices

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Military Source Operations 2 (MSO 2) certification or higher

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with interagency coordination

-Experience with writing intelligence and operations reports

-Experience with briefing senior government officials

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-MSO 1 Certification preferred
