As a driving force within the Enterprise IT Integration & Commercial Delivery organization, Enterprise IT Strategy & Strategic Business Engagement leads the evolution of Enterprise IT Deliverys vision, strategy, operating model, and ongoing engagement of partners. This team consists of a small number of thought-leaders with specialized skillsets focused on building stronger strategic relationships with business partners and establishing enterprise transparency in to the product roadmap and offerings.

As the Enterprise IT Strategy & Strategic Business Engagement team lead, you will shape, plan and manage the technology product roadmap, communicate technology service offerings and engage in ongoing strategic planning with key business partners. You will play an integral role bringing the best of Enterprise IT Integration & Commercial Delivery to the table to meet the evolving needs of our business partners.

Savvy collaborator who wants to partner with business thought-leaders to best enable business strategies with technology offerings

Works in partnership with other Enterprise IT Integration & Commercial delivery teams to conduct strategic planning and help provide transparency into offerings across organization teams

Leads the development of well-articulated communication materials that share progress, insights, direction and recommendations for the organization and enterprise

Performance Measures

Ability to articulate complex ideas to a wide variety of teams across business and technology disciplines

Ability understand and communicate business / financial implications of technology decision making and general understanding of how to lead technology / delivery cost savings & business optimization conversations in support of business operating plans

Ability to conduct research and data analysis to inform decision making

Ability to plan for strategic partner collaboration and think critically about when they should be brought in to deliver on business goals

Ability to compile and present polished business cases to senior and executive level business partners

Ability to develop and manage strategic roadmaps incorporating a wide variety of stakeholder input

Quality of deliverables


Experience working with wide variety of technology teams

Experience building product roadmaps

Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions

Prior experience working as a change agent and bringing diverse thought to the table

Demonstrated collaborative style, with ability to lead and influence diverse teams

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated understanding of technology and how it can be applied to solve business problems/provide technical solutions

Substantial MS Excel modeling and MS PowerPoint proficiency


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
