Job Description:-

Basic Qualification:-

  • Experience in SAP HCM Success Factors Compensation Management.

  • BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 6 Yrs.

Consultants should have the below skills & expertise:

  • Certified in Compensation AcademyCompleted at least 1 end to end Compensation process.

  • Must have participated in at least one complete compensation cycle.

  • Must have experience in setting up compensation plan templates

  • Familiar with setting up Guidelines and eligibility rules. Hands-on is a must.

  • Have worked on creating budget and adding budget calculations.

  • Familiar with managing group assignments to compensation groups.

  • Configured role based permissions

  • Hands-on compensation plan template XML.

  • Must be sound in reporting. Must have experience in creating roll up reports, youCalc widget and ad-hoc reports.

  • Should be well versed with Compensation implementation guidelines right from understanding business requirements and then translating them to system configuration and create solution design.

  • Must be comfortable with creation of compensation statements including creating compensation statements templates, setting permissions, assigning employees to group and generating statements.

  • Must be aware of how to integrate Compensation with other modules.
