As a Quality Review Nurse you will be responsible for collaborating with Clinical Operations and the Medical Director. Support development and implementation of improvement and strategies to promote enhanced feedback, organizational efficiency, individual and team performance improvement and skill development for the Clinical Operations staff. The Registered Nurse in this role must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key stakeholders. Challenge your analytical and operations skills to support, clinical case reviews, client audit and accreditation process by identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness enhancements.
As Quality Review Nurse you will ...
Conduct and coordinate case reviews for designated Clinical Operations staff members and support audit/accreditation activities. Work with multiple teams to identify organizational opportunities for collaboration, staff training and feedback. Support clinical operations program goals. Provide project coordination for assigned program initiatives.

Registered Nurse with current license in state of residence with multi-state practicing privileges and the ability to be licensed in all states.
Minimum 5 years recent clinical experience preferably in a hospital, home care or similar setting.
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Project management experience
B.S. degree in nursing or RN Diploma/Associates degree in nursing with Bachelors degree in other field
