General Manager 3 Frankfort Regional Medical Center

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for Food Service at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Frankfort Regional MC is part of HCA (Hospital Corporation of America). This facility is located inFrankfort, capitol city in the bluegrass region of central Kentucky between Louisville & Lexington along the Kentucky River. The heart of horse and wine country.

This position includes responsibility for two management positions, a clinical team of 2 and 20 frontline employees delivering high quality services at a dynamic acute care 175 licensed bed facility. It requires a strong GM who is passionate about providing an excellent Patient Experience, quality food for staff and guests while driving outcomes and strategies identified by the client.

The position will be responsible for supporting and implementing Sodexo standards in day-to-day EFY patient dining services and retail operations as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of safety, sanitation and production systems.

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
